Central Hudson’s Board of Directors recently appointed Anthony S. Campagiorni, Esq. as President of Central Hudson Electric Transmission, LLC (CHET). Campagiorni began the new position on August 1, 2024.

In his new role with CHET, Campagiorni will oversee Central Hudson’s investment in New York Transco, the New York-based developer, owner and operator of electric transmission solutions and facilities owned by affiliates of the utilities in New York State.

“I believe Anthony’s experience in regulatory and government affairs makes him uniquely qualified to take on this position.,” said Stephanie Raymond, President and CEO of Central Hudson. “Transco is playing a growing and critical role in New York’s transition to a cleaner, greener energy system and we are excited for Anthony to continue leveraging his experience and capabilities in this new role.”

Campagiorni has held several positions with Central Hudson since joining the Company in 2009, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Services where he oversaw all customer facing functions including the contact center, meter reading and field operations, new business, energy efficiency, corporate communications, customer outreach and government relations.

Campagiorni currently serves as Chairman of the Dutchess County Economic Development Advisory Group and is an Executive Board member of Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress.
