Joseph Hally has been named Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation. The appointment will be effective on January 1, 2023.

Hally started working at Central Hudson in 2004 and has held leadership roles in Finance, Strategic Planning, Energy Transformation and Treasury. He is currently the Manager of Regulatory Affairs.
Hally will report to Sharon McGinnis, who is currently Central Hudson’s Senior Vice President of Human Resource & Safety. Effective January 1, 2023, McGinnis’ position will evolve to include oversight of regulatory affairs for the company in addition to her existing responsibilities.
Hally has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Albany. Prior to joining Central Hudson, Hally worked for Consolidated Edison and Orange & Rockland Utilities in various positions.
Hally is a Dutchess County resident. He has volunteered as Central Hudson’s Campaign Chair for the United Way and has served on the Board of Directors of Gateway Hudson Valley, a regional non-profit social service agency, since 2018.
