Internet Outage Affecting Central Hudson Online Systems
Central Hudson’s website, mobile app and online outage reporting and restoration information services are presently unavailable due to a widespread Internet outage caused by storm damage to an external provider’s equipment. Once repaired by the provider, these services will once again be available.
Customers should report power outages by calling (845) 452-2700; due to high call volume, there may be a queue as calls are answered. To report wires down and other hazardous, emergency conditions, customers are asked to please call 911.
