Access to the Specific Account Usage Inquiry tool is now restricted based on new cyber security guidelines. Only previously certified Energy Service Company (ESCO) manager accounts are able to access it at this time. We are working to expand availability of this tool as soon as possible. Our current expectation is that expanded access will be available to additional ESCO and Community Distributed Generation (CDG) provider accounts in late June 2023.
