The information gathered through Central Hudson's Voice of the Customer Program is strictly for research purposes. It's used to administer the program, determine eligibility and reach out for future feedback opportunities. Your responses are treated confidentially, and when you complete a survey, your answers are aggregated and used solely for statistical analysis.

By opting into the Voice of the Customer Program, you may receive periodic email invitations from the Digital Customer Experience team at Central Hudson to participate in online surveys, interviews and design testing. Participants may receive incentives such as gift cards or eligibility for prize drawings. You have the option to opt out of the program and withdraw consent for participation at any time.
