What does participation look like?
Being part of our Voice of the Customer Program means you get to share your thoughts, preferences and experiences with us directly. This may be through surveys, interviews or design feedback. Your insights help us understand what matters most to you and guides us in making improvements to better meet your needs and expectations.
How often will I be contacted?
We aim to be respectful of your time and plan to reach out no more than once every three months or so to connect with you.
What happens with the information I provide?
The information you provide as part of our Voice of the Customer program will solely be utilized to enhance your experience with our digital products.
Can I opt out if I change my mind?
Yes. Participation in the Voice of the Customer Program is completely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time by simply emailing us at cxfeedback@cenhud.com.
