Throughout 2023, Central Hudson met face-to-face with our customers who had questions and concerns about their bills. We are happy to announce that, as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility and customer satisfaction, we will hold our first two customer in-person events of 2024: in Kingston on Feb. 15 and in Newburgh on March 6. Additional in-person events will be held throughout this year. 

These in-person events, along with our transition to monthly meter reading, which is already underway, are vital to rebuilding our customers’ trust.

Since December 2022, Central Hudson has worked to increase its overall accessibility to the communities it serves by inviting more than 100,000 customers to 10 different open house-style events throughout the service area, including two previous events in Kingston and Newburgh. We have also partnered with several state and local elected officials to assist hundreds of concerned customers at events held in Dutchess, Greene, Orange and Ulster counties.

Central Hudson’s in-person events will be by appointment only. If you have questions about your account and would like to meet with us, contact us here to let us know – and we will follow up with you. Central Hudson will continue to host additional by appointment only events and other informational events throughout our service area in 2024.
